Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Kraliarg FZ-LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use ThinkTorch (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect
  • Account data — your email address, your workspace name, and (for password sign-ups) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address from Google.
  • Usage & content data — the jobs, schedules, environments, agents, and run history you create in order to operate the Service.
  • Technical data — a session cookie needed to keep you logged in, plus standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Billing data — if you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store full card numbers. We store a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your current plan.
2. How we use it
  • to provide, operate, and secure the Service;
  • to authenticate you and manage your workspace and team;
  • to process subscriptions and payments;
  • to respond to support requests and feedback; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where asked), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with (subprocessors)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
  • Hetzner — cloud hosting of the application and database.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal or accounting obligations.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and agent credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@think-torch.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app, and the effective date above will be updated.
