Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThinkTorch (the "Service"), provided by Kraliarg FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ThinkTorch is a job orchestration platform that lets you schedule, run, and monitor jobs on machines ("agents") that you connect and control. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for everything those agents do on your behalf.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and under any team members you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • run jobs or commands you are not authorized to run on the target systems;
  • distribute malware, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
  • disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service or other users; or
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Because the Service executes commands you define on agents you control, you are solely responsible for the content, safety, and consequences of those commands.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal. Fees are stated on our pricing/billing page and may change with notice for future billing periods. Taxes may apply. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kraliarg FZ-LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination your right to use the Service ends; some provisions survive by their nature.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
